Safer with SCOUT (SWS) empowers organizations of all sizes to build effective, top-to-bottom, safety cultures through relevant knowledge, real-world experience, and a proactive approach to risk (threat) mitigation. Safer with SCOUT is based on the idea that more detailed courses result in well informed workforces that know how to react in the event of a critical incident, and more importantly can recognize and act in response to early warning signs that often point to some sort of future adverse event(s).
