NobleSix/SCOUT and Livingstone Security Solutions Announce Strategic Partnership to Enhance In-Person and Online Workplace Violence Mitigation Training

 

August 5, 2025 – Milwaukee, WI – NobleSix, the parent company of Safer with SCOUT, today announced a strategic partnership with Livingstone Security Solutions, a Kentucky-based safety training provider led by veteran law enforcement and SWAT professionals. This collaboration strengthens both organizations’ ability to deliver comprehensive workplace safety education—combining SCOUT’s industry-leading online behavioral risk training with Livingstone’s dynamic, live in-person scenario-based instruction.

 

The partnership was born from a shared commitment to proactive threat mitigation. Livingstone’s founder, Chris Carpenter, a 20-year law enforcement officer and 18-year SWAT team veteran from Lexington, KY, brings unmatched real-world experience to the table. His team conducts training nationwide and is seeking to expand its safety strategy with SCOUT’s online training platform. Carpenter and his team will serve as additional in-person training providers for NobleSix/SCOUT, offering enhanced support to SCOUT’s in-house training team.
